Missed Appointment Policy
We understand that there are times when you can’t make an appointment due to an emergency or a work or a family obligation. In these situations, please cancel your appointment by phone 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments that are not cancelled ahead of time prevent other patients from getting much needed treatment. Additionally, last minute cancellations can cause problems and added expenses for the office.
What to Bring to Each Visit
It is very important that you bring your Health Card to each appointment. Without your Health Card we are unable to process you and you will not be seen. Also, please bring a list of current medications with dose and frequency. Also, if it is relevant please have your family doctor make arrangements to release your x-ray films for you to bring to your appointment.
Uninsured Services
Not all services provided are covered by OHIP. Should you decide to go ahead with a non-OHIP procedure or treatment, you will be asked to pay by either cash, certified cheque or money order before the procedure is done.
